Mr. Nguyễn Bảo Sơn​

  • Position: Board Member – Investment Director
  • Qualifications: Master of Engineering

Experience: 25 years in real estate, holding significant positions such as Project Development Director, Project Management Head at major corporations like TTC Group, VNDECO Corporation, Khang Thông Group, Apave Vietnam & Southeast Asia Company. Holds top-tier certifications issued by the Ministry of Construction, including construction valuation, supervision consulting, and project management licenses.

Projects Involved: Cần Thơ Golf Hotel, Dốc Lết Tourist Area (Khánh Hòa), Nguyễn Kim Đà Nẵng, Carillon Apartments, Charmington Tân Sơn Nhất, Hải Phòng Plaza, Kumho, Asiana Plaza, Nam A Bank.

Mr. Lê Nguyên Minh

  • Position: Board Member – Senior Advisor
  • Qualifications: Associate Professor – Ph.D.

Experience: Former Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Society of Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers (VISRAE). Senior M&E expert specializing in efficient energy usage, smart energy management, energy-saving devices, and energy-efficient buildings.

Projects Involved: Design of HVAC systems for Nội Bài International Airport Terminal, Vincom Twin Towers – 114 Mai Hắc Đế, National Convention Center (NCC), Vũng Áng Thermal Power Plant, contributed to the draft “Green Project Classification List” for green credit and green bonds in Vietnam by GIZ – Germany.

Mr. Dương Trung Khanh

  • Position: Board Member – Senior Advisor
  • Qualifications: Associate Professor – Ph.D.

Experience: 11 years in design and architectural consulting, holding key positions at major corporations like Phú Mỹ Hưng, Novaland, TWOG. Holds Revit project management, project management, and design management certificates.

Projects Involved: Design of Vietnam-Germany University, German House, Director of design and supervision of Steel Cali Complex, BACH Suites Hotel, Urban Hill project, Hưng Phúc Premier, The Ascentia, Aqua City Phoenix area, Midtown Complex – Phú Mỹ Hưng, Bình Minh & The Lotus eco-resort.

  • Experience: Over 35 years of international and Asia-Pacific regional executive experience, particularly in developing real estate projects at major Australian corporations such as Hickory, Jacobs.
